Can I order anything from anywhere?
Within reason. But not frozen food or live animals. We cannot accept orders for Sainsburys or Tesco.
How much does it cost?
For groceries, we charge between 20% & 25% (plus vat from March) of your total grocery bill with a minimum charge of between £20 & £25 (plus vat- currently 17.5%) depending on your area. Please ask the rate for your area.The maximum chilled goods should not exceed 10% of your total order. Where the 10% limit is exceeded, we reserve the right to increase our charges to reflect the difference and accommodate your additional items.
What about the costs for non-grocery items?
We will offer you a quote for any item, please ask- quotes are valid for 30 days from the date given.
Can you bring over my e bay purchases?
Yes, for costs, please e mail us
Will you deliver my orders to my house?
Yes we offer a D2D service for a surcharge, please ask
How and when do I pay?
You can pay our drivers when they deliver in either Sterling or Euro's, cash or cheques
Can you fetch the things I want that my retailers won't deliver?
Yes, we are happy to fetch your orders from the stores
I live outside of the region, can I still order?
We are opening in other area's all the time and would be pleased to discuss your requirements
