Unfortunately, we are now unable to offer regular food deliveries from the UK to France.
We will only be able to offer food slots when we have a definite delivery/removal to the UK, with space on our return. These dates can vary and now will not be regular like in the past. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
For regular customers who are already previously registered, please contact us via email, and we will add your details to our next delivery rota.
When we contact you, you can then decide if you would like the delivery slot. Our vans are divided up into the maximum number of 'slots' they can carry and each slot has a maximum grocery order value of £200. Of course, you can order as much grocery shopping as you like (from multiple suppliers, if you wish) but you must remember that the limit per slot is £200, so do make sure you book enough space. You can order chilled (not frozen) goods up to 10% of the total value of your order i.e.in a £100 order, £10 worth can be chilled goods.
Decide what you want to order and where you're going to buy from. Our customers regularly buy form Asda, Waitrose, Tesco and Ocado. Ask our advice if you're not sure. When you confirm your slot with firstname.lastname@example.org, you will be given a time and date for your shopping to arrive at our depot. Make sure you book enough slots in advance for your anticipated total grocery order. If the grocery delivered to us exceeds the maximum value for the number of slots you have booked, we reserve the right to exclude part or all of your order from the delivery.
Go online to your chosen supermarket. When registering, use your name, followed by our company name. i.e. Mrs J Smith Sterling. Otherwise the supermarket may not accept the business address for the delivery. Use your own email address and our depot address and telephone number.
Book your delivery with the supermarket according to the time and date you've booked with us. Do your shopping, complete your order and pay online, as normal. Forward a copy of your on-line receipt to email@example.com when you receive it. This confirms the booking and gives us the information we need to manage your delivery.
Delivery of your groceries will be arranged prior to the delivery due date. Payment is on delivery, see Our Charges page for how these are calculated. Please contact us immediately if you are delayed or are unable to make the delivery time.
We are not able to give you an exact time before the day of delivery, but can give you an estimated time once your items have crossed the Channel. Our site is updated from 7am on the day of delivery and regularly throughout the day, as deliveries progress. You can see the latest delivery time information on our Home page under "Latest Updates".
Payment is on delivery. We accept UK cheques, UK Bank transfer, £ Sterling, or Euros. Please contact us immediately if you are delayed or are unable to make the delivery time.
